I PUBLIC HEARING                                                                      

(At this time interested persons may be heard after being recognized by the chairman.

Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed.  Applications and plans may be seen and examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm  Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.)

 

The Commission will not start a public hearing on any applications after 10:00 p.m.  The Commission will adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m.

 

  1. 41 Crescent Road:  (The following application will be opened and continued to 10/1/15.  No testimony will be taken at this hearing)  Appl. #15-029 by Michael J. Bartos, Jr., PE/LANDTECH, for property owned by Mary Ann Quick and Edward Bella for a re-subdivision approval to create four (4) building lots and a new private road, with waivers from the Subdivision Regulations requested, for property located in a Residential A zone, PID #E09139000.

 

  1. 25 Sylvan Road South:  (The following application is continued from 9/3/15.  Testimony was taken)  Appl. #15-040 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by 25 Sylvan Road South, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for “other” parking standard for Peak Personal Fitness, for property located in a RORD #3, PID #C08030000.

Fallon, Esq. for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §29-13 (First Floor Defined), to expand the list of existing streets in the Business Center District (BCD) from which a First Floor may enter to include Elm Street, to allow retail use above the first floor, under specific circumstances.  Applicant’s presentation time:  30 minutes
