LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS
At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, September 1, 2015, the following action was taken:
1.GRANTED WITH CONDITION: 1 Glendinning Place/25 Ford Road, ZBA Appl. #7407 by Eric Bernheim/Larry Weisman for property owned by 1 Glendinning Place, LLC and 25 Ford Road, LLC for a variance for (Glendinning) setbacks, for height in a DDD zone, (for number of stories), for location of parking, building spacing, excavation in excess of allowable cut/fill greater than ten (10) feet, grading with a greater than 20% slope (Ford Rd) Setbacks and front landscape area, parking aisle width, parking lot landscape, parking requirements, circulation requirements and grading within five (5) feet of property line, building coverage over 10%, floor area ratio in excess of 0.15, for renovations and additions to existing buildings, new below grade parking structures and other site changes and improvements for property located at 1 Glendinning Place and 25 Ford Road, DDD4 zone PID #C15026000 and PID #C15023000.
