  1. 23 Sterling Drive:  (The following application has been withdrawn by the applicant)  ZBA Appl. #7389 by Victor Chaves for property owned by Emily Chen and Victor Chaves for a variance for setbacks and coverage for additions in the setbacks and over coverage and for legalization of play set in setbacks for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #E04038000.

 

  1. 605 Post Road East:  (The following application was opened and continued from 8/11/15 and further continued to 10/13/15.  Testimony was taken.  No testimony will be taken at this hearing) ZBA Appl. #7410 by Frederick William Hoag Architect for property owned by Equity One Westport Village Center, LLC for a variance for coverage for installation of five (5) dormers and for legalization of coverage for property located in a RBD/A zone, PID #E09068000.
