LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 17, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

  1. 41 Crescent Road:  Appl. #15-029 by Michael J. Bartos, Jr., PE/LANDTECH, for property owned by Mary Ann Quick and Edward Bella for a re-subdivision approval to create four (4) building lots and a new private road, with waivers from the Subdivision Regulations requested, for property located in a Residential A zone, PID #E09139000.
  2. Amendment #697:  Appl. #15-036 by 38 Main LP, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §29-13 (First Floor Defined), to expand the list of existing streets in the Business Center District (BCD) from which a First Floor may enter to include Elm Street, to allow retail use above the first floor, under specific circumstances.  
  3. 374 Post Road East:  Appl. #15-042 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Compo Acres LLC, Equity One Realty for Special Permit and Site Plan approval for modifications to the site grading and landscape plans for property located in a GBD/Residence A zone, PID #D09122000.
  4. 19 Spriteview Avenue:  Appl. #15-041 by Douglas Bassett for property owned by Jonathan E. Krim and Joyce Gemperlien for a CAM Site Plan approval for additions to existing building for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02175000.

 

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
