Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):
1.To approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public hearing of August 12, 2015 and the Water Pollution Control Authority’s public hearing of August 12, 2015.
2.To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Parks & Recreation Commission to approve the fees for Platform Tennis court reservations.
3.To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Parks & Recreation Commission, to approve the fees for Platform Tennis instruction.
4.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and Historical Perspectives, Inc., for the purpose of preparing two study reports to determine the eligibility for historic designation of town owned properties located at 68 Compo Road South (a/k/a Golden Shadows) and 182 Bayberry Lane (a/k/a Nike Missile Radar Site).
5.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the sale of Town-owned property located at 99 Myrtle Avenue, a/k/a the Emily McLaury House.
6.To take such action as the meeting my determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority to approve the sanitary sewer connection request at property known as 15 and 16 Fresenius Road, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of September 2, 2015.
7.To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the sanitary sewer connection request at property known as 9 Hen Hawk Lane, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of September 2, 2015.
8.To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the conveyance of the Sanitary Sewer Line on Morningside Drive and Hilltop Trail, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of September 2, 2015.
