Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a Special public hearing on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):
To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Director of Public Works, to waive the low bid and to approve the award of Contract Bid #16-812T to FGB Construction of Norwalk, CT in the amount of $643,317.32.
