LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 15 & 16 Fresenius Road:  ZBA Appl. #7411 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Patricia C. Davis for a variance for grading more than 25 feet from proposed structures, for grading more than five (5) feet from proposed subsurface drainage system and for slope greater than 20% and fill within five (5) feet of property line for re grading for a proposed 4 lot subdivision for property located in a Residence A and AA zone, PID #F09097000 and F09098000.


2. 80 Compo Mill Cove:   ZBA Appl. #7412 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Patrick Lebedis and Jennifer Prosek for setbacks and coverage for legalization of A/C units, stairs, patio and deck in setbacks and over coverage for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E04078000.


3. 374 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7419 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by  Compo Acres LLC, Equity One Realty for slope ratio greater than five (5) to one (1) (20%) slope, grading within five (5) feet of property line, buffer strip less than fifteen (15) feet from residential property and modification of tree belt condition from previous variance #1046,  for modifications to site grading and landscape plans for property located in a GBD/Residence A zone, PID #D09122000.


4. 99 Myrtle Avenue/35 Elm Street:   Appl. #7427 by the Town of Westport for property owned by the Town of Westport for a variance for lot area and shape for 99 Myrtle Avenue and for total coverage greater than 25%, for 35 Elm Street, for a lot line revision for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C10143000 and property located in a Residence A zone/BCD/H zone, PID #C10137000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
