The Board of Finance will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. in room 309 of Town Hall.  The following items will be considered:


AGENDA


1. The Board will consider a request from the Board of Education to establish a “BOE Carryover Account” for unexpended operating funds at the end of the fiscal year which can be used for future expenditures subject to an agreement between the Board of Education and the Board of Finance.  The proposed agreement in draft form is attached.


2. Subject to the approval by the Board of Education on or before August 31, 2015, of the agreement reached between the Board of Education and the Board of Finance referred to in agenda item #1, the Board of Finance will approve a transfer of up to $250,000 from unexpended 2014-2015 operating funds of the Board Education to the newly established “BOE Carryover Account” in the Capital and Non-Recurring Fund.
