1. 157 Sturges Highway:  (The following application will be opened and continued to a future date.  No testimony will be taken at this hearing) ZBA Appl. #7415 by Michele A Holmes for property owned by Alan Offenberg for a variance for setbacks to replace existing attached garage with new two story addition in setbacks for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #G15020000.


2. 9 Norwalk Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7405 by Peter Wormser for property owned by Dan and Elizabeth Kahn for a variance for setbacks and building coverage to raise and renovate existing building and for additions and new deck and driveway over building and total coverage and in the setbacks, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03146000.
