Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):

1.  To approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s special public hearing of July 15, 2015 and the public hearing of July 22, 2015.
2.  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the use of Town-owned property known as Luciano Park on Friday, August 28, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. by Al’s Angels, Inc. for a “Sweet Sounds of Summer” concert, contingent upon compliance with comments from various Town departments and in accordance with Procedures for Use of Town-owned Property, Facilities and/or Public Roadways.
3.  To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Interim Parks & Recreation Director, to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and Chelsea Information Systems, Inc. as it relates to hosting and managing an online tennis reservation system.
4.  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an agreement between the Town of Westport and Historical Perspectives, Inc., for the purpose of preparing two study reports to determine the eligibility for historic designation of town owned properties located at 68 Compo Road South (a/k/a Golden Shadows) and 182 Bayberry Lane (a/k/a Nike Missile Radar Site).
5.  To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve a residential sanitary sewer connection at property located at 6 Burr Farms Road, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of July 20, 2015.
6.  To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve a residential sanitary sewer connection at property located at 5 Hidden Hill, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of July 20, 2015.
7. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve a residential sanitary sewer connection at property located at 10 Round Pond Road, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of July 20, 2015.
8. ADDENDUM TO PUBLICIZED NOTICE & AGENDATo take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve a residential sanitary sewer connection at property located at 14 Windy Hill Road, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of August 5, 2015.
