TO CONTINUE DISCUSSION OF THE FOLLOWING:
(1)The establishment of the subcommittee’s goals & expectations.
(2)How sections of the Zoning Regulations, including 32-15 (Managed Residential Community), might be revised to encourage or incentivize private development of additional senior housing opportunities in Westport.
(3)An open dialog and sharing of ideas about senior housing with area builders, developers and other stakeholders.
