LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 16, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- POSITIVE REPORT: 99 Myrtle Avenue, §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the sale of Town owned property known as 99 Myrtle Avenue, a/k/a Emily McLaury House, PID #C10137000, Residence A zone.
- APPROVED: 4 Quarter Mile Road, Appl. #15-025 by Eric D. Bernheim, for property owned by Westport Realties, Inc. for a subdivision approval to create one new building lot for property located in a Residential AAA zone, PID #B14086000.
- ADOPTED IN PART/DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE IN PART: Amendment #696, Appl. #15-034 by Gloria Gouveia, Land Use Consultants, for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §5, Definitions, (Coverage, Building) and §5 Definitions, Structure, for ADA compliance to exempt handicapped parking and platform lifts. (Approved change to structure definition – Denied without prejudice change to total coverage definition) Effective date: 8/17/15
- ADOPTED: Amendment #698, Appl. #15-037 by the Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §31-14 (Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Producers) to extend the Moratorium for a period of six (6) months until January 25, 2016. Effective date: 7/24/15
