Tuesday July 21, 2015
AT 7 PM
IN THE Town Hall Auditorium
TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING:
(1)The establishment of the subcommittee’s goals & expectations.
(2)How section 32-15 (Managed Residential Community) of the Zoning Regulations, might be revised to encourage or incentivize private development of additional senior housing opportunities in Westport.
(3)An open dialog and sharing of ideas about senior housing with area builders, developers and other stakeholders.
