LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 9, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:


  1. 134 Cross Highway (a/ka 70 North Avenue):  §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding improvements to Town owned property located at 134 Cross Highway, PID #F13023000, Residence AAA zone.
  2. 134 Cross Highway (a/k/a 70 North Avenue):  Appl. #15-032 by Peter Wormser for property owned by the Town of Westport for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for improvements, addition and renovation to the farmhouse and classroom, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #F13023000.
  3. 99 Myrtle Avenue:  §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the sale of Town owned property known as 99 Myrtle Avenue, a/k/a Emily McLaury House, PID #C10137000, Residence A zone.
  4. 37 Spriteview Avenue:  Appl. #15-015 by RB Benson & Co., Inc., Rick Benson, for property owned by RB Benson & Co., Inc., to make existing house FEMA compliant and add two new stories, new deck and new access stairs for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02052000.
  5. 4 Quarter Mile Road:  Appl. #15-025 by Eric D. Bernheim, for property owned by Westport Realties, Inc. for a subdivision approval to create one new building lot for property located in a Residential AAA zone, PID #B14086000.
  6. 29 Surf Road:  Appl, #15-031 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Sharon Sullivan for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residential A zone, PID #B02002000.

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
