HDC/ARB JOINT COMMITTEE
NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission/Architectural Review Board Joint Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 in Town Hall, Room 102 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
- To approve the minutes of the March 9, 2015 HDC/ARB Joint Committee meeting.
- To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on proposed text amendment by Bedford Square Associates, LLC of Section 29A-5 of the Zoning Regulations related to Building Height in the BCD/H Zone.
- To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on proposed modification to previous approval to incorporate a dormer to west elevation roofline and removal of accessible ramp (replaced with change in sidewalk grade) at 35 Elm Street, the Kemper-Gunn House.
