LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 295 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7390 by Rita A. Steinberger, Esq. for property owned by Westport Post Road LLC, c/o The HB Nitkin Group for a variance for coverage to legalize coverage over allowable, for property located in a RBD zone, PID #D09140000.


2. 4 Quarter Mile Road:  ZBA Appl. #7392 by Eric Bernheim for property owned by Westport Realtors, Inc. for a variance for lot area and shape, for property located  in a Residence AAA zone, PID #B14086000.


3. 37 Spriteview Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7394 by James Kempner and William Achilles for property owned by Richard Benson, R.B. Benson & Company. Inc. for setbacks and for building and total coverage for a new single family dwelling over coverage and in the setbacks, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01052000.


4. 777 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7395 by Country Realty Co. for property owned by Country Realty Co. for a variance for setbacks, for signs permitted above lowest point of roof and for front landscape area for alterations to existing façade, a new wall sign and landscaping modifications within the front yard setback, for property located in a GBD/Residence A zone, PID #E09190000.


5. 134 Cross Highway:  ZBA Appl. #7400 by Peter Wormser for property owned by Town of Westport, for a variance for coverage to rebuild classroom and extension of existing farmhouse, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #F13034000.



At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
