Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 4, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

1. 535 Riverside Avenue (aka 539-541 Riverside Avenue):  Appl. #15-023 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by 535 Riverside Avenue, LLC, for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for the building at 541 Riverside Avenue for a Change of Use from residential to restaurant on the 2^nd floor, and an exterior alteration to reconfigure an existing outdoor deck, for property located in a RORD #2 zone, PID #C06057000.
2. 240 Post Road East (aka 246 Post Road East):  Appl. #15-026 by Denean Pomarico, c/o Marc Nevas Real estate, Inc. for property owned by Colonial Green, LLC for Site Plan approval for an “Other” parking standard pursuant to §34-5 of the Zoning Regulations to allow Suzuki School of Music to occupy space previously approved for Office use on property located in a GBD/RBD zone, PID #D09131000.
