II PUBLIC HEARING                                                                     

(At this time interested persons may be heard after being recognized by the chairman.

Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed.  Applications and plans may be seen and examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm  Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.)

 

The Commission will not start a public hearing on any applications after 10:00 p.m.  The Commission will adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m.

  1. 11 Owenoke Park:  (The following application will be opened and continued 6/4/15.  No testimony will be taken at this hearing) Appl. #15-013 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by 11 Owenoke Park, LLC, c/o Therrien and Associates for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03168000
  2. 561 Post Road East:  (The following application is continued from 4/3015.  Testimony was taken) Appl. #15-004 by Kenneth Nemeth/Terrain East, LLC for property owned by CJ Curran, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval to modify previous approval and to change parking requirements for storage use with modified waiver of parking, for property located in a RBD, PID #E09067000.
  3. Amendment #690: (The following application is continued from 4/23/14.  Testimony was taken. A new legal notice was published) Appl. #15-013 by Eric D. Bernheim, Esq. for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify the Corporate Park District to allow more than three (3) tenants in properties located in the CPD.
  4. 17 Covlee Drive:  Appl. #15-016 by Ochman Associates, Inc. for property owned by Covlee Holding, LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residential A zone, PID #A02037000.  Applicant’s presentation time:  10 minutes

 

  1. 500 Post Road East & 0 Spicer Road:  Appl. #15-022 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by French Post Rd E., LLC for an approval to renovate building façade, remove and replace third floor envelope, modify and raise the roof, replace rooftop mechanicals and add a new entry canopy and emergency generator, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #E09053000 and D09110000.  Applicant’s presentation time:  15 minutes
