LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION   

 

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 30, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

 

  1. APPROVED:  14 Cockenoe Drive, Appl. #15-005 by LANDTECH for property owned by Cockenoe Ventures, LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01003000.
  2. APPROVED:  62 Compo Mill Cove, Appl. #15-001 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Cove Dog, LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E04085000.
  3. APPROVED:  115 Harbor Road, Appl. #15-012 by Peter Wormser for property owned by L. Adele Weitzman for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02143000.
  4. APPROVED:  14 Quarter Mile Road, Appl. #15-017 by Eric D. Bernheim for property owned by Post Realty Company for a subdivision approval to create one new building lot for property located in a Residential AAA zone, PID #C14006000.
  5. APPROVED:  1365 Post Road East, Appl. #15-002 by Capfor Westport, LLC for property owned by Capfor Westport, LLC for a Site Plan approval to replace a portion of the second floor residential space with an educational use with an “other” parking standard and to construct eleven (11) new parking spaces, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #G09104000.
  6. APPROVED:  489 – 495 Post Road East, Appl. #15-003 by SS CT Studio #1, LLC for property owned by Frisa I, LLC for a Site Plan approval for a Change-of-Use from office to retail for a Sola Salon Studio in a portion of the lower level of 495 Post Road East for property located in a GBD zone, PID #E09060000 and E09061000.  

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
