The Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at Town Hall, Room 201 for the following purposes:
PUBLIC HEARING
1. Nomination and election of 2015 officers.
- To hear Chair’s report and update on current HDC activities.
- To approve the minutes of the April 14, 2015 public hearing.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application for the proposed new construction of a single-family dwelling at 120 Kings Highway North located in the Kings Highway North Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 4 Oak Street.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 7 Keenes Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 4 Vani Court.
- *To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 37 Spriteview Avenue. Withdrawn
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 4 Warnock Drive.
