Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 23, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- ADOPTED: Amendment #691, Appl. #15-020 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for an amendment to the zoning map to rezone property located at 0 Woodside Lane from Residential AA to DORSD #3 (Dedicated Open Space and Recreation District #3), PID #B10029000. Effective date: 5/23/15
- Granted: 1300 Post Road East, Appl. #15-010 by William Achilles – Achilles Architects for property owned by 1300 Post Road East, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for two new commercial buildings, for retail, bank and bank drive thru, office use and parking lot located within 500 feet of a property containing a bank with a drive thru, located in a GBD zone, PID #G09129000.
