LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.1 Wild Rose Road: ZBA Appl. #7377 by Juan P. Paredes, PE/LANDTECH for property owned by Rene Rensch and Kapellen Nadja for a variance for driveway grading and total coverage for the driveway for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C11147000.
2.205 Wilton Road: ZBA Appl. #7378 by Tanner White for property owned by Betsy and Jeff Clachko for a variance for setbacks for an addition in the setbacks for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #C11029000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
