LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 30, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

  1. 62 Compo Mill Cove:  Appl. #15-001 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Cove Dog, LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E04085000.
  2. 115 Harbor Road:  Appl. #15-012 by Peter Wormser for property owned by L. Adele Weitzman for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02143000.
  3. 14 Quarter Mile Road:  Appl. #15-017 by Eric D. Bernheim for property owned by Post Realty Company for a subdivision approval to create one new building lot for property located in a Residential AAA zone, PID #C14006000.

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
