LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 9, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- POSITIVE REPORT: 110 Myrtle Avenue, §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding renewal of the Lease between the Town of Westport and the Westport Community Theatre, Inc., PID #C10132000, Residence A zone.
- GRANTED: 59 Post Road East, Appl. #15-009 by Karen Johnson – Bedford Square Associates, LLC for property owned by Bedford Square Associates, LLC for a modification to previously approved Special Permit and Site Plan application #13-023 for minor architectural changes and increase in height of buildings for property located in BCH/D & RORD2 zone, PID #C09140000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
