LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 35 Burnham Hill,  ZBA Appl. #7215:  Discussion and potential approval of Stipulated Settlement in case entitled Tziolis, Xenofon Et Al v. Town of Westport Zoning Board of Appeals, Docket Number FST-CV-14-6021088-S for an appeal of a notice of zoning violation and to eliminate/modify condition #2 of 1968 variance #2246, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #D03066000.


2. 2 Clinton Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7368 by Thomas Melzen, Connecticut Department of Transportation for property owned by Ruth Kathleen Rowland for a variance for lot area and shape and for non conforming lots, in conjunction with State Project 158-201, the State is proposing to acquire 460 +/- square feet of the subject property for Intersection Improvements at Intersection of Route 57 and Route 136, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D12038000.


3. 159 Compo Road North: ZBA Appl. #7369 by Thomas Melzen, Connecticut Department of Transportation for property owned by Josephine L. Deignan for a variance for lot area and shape and for non conforming lots in conjunction with State Project 158-201, the State is proposing to acquire 3,113 +/- square feet of the subject property for Intersection Improvements at Intersection of Route 57 and Route 136, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D12051000.


4. 41 Crescent Road:  ZBA Appl. #7370 by Mike Bartos/LANDTECH, for property owned by Roger and Mary Ann Quick for a variance for slope exceeding 20%, for construction of a storm water bio-retention facility for a proposed four (4) lot subdivision, for property located in a Residence A/AA zone, PID #E09139000.


5. 7 Breezy Knoll:  ZBA Appl. #7373 by Michael Cusato, AIA for property owned by Paul Parkinson for a variance for building and total coverage for additions, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C13129000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
