The Public Hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the items below will be further continued on April 23, 2015, at 7:00 P.M.

 

  1. 489 – 495 Post Road East:  Appl. #15-003 by SS CT Studio #1, LLC for property owned by Frisa I, LLC for a Site Plan approval for a Change-of-Use from office to retail for a Sola Salon Studio in a portion of the lower level of 495 Post Road East for property located in a GBD zone, PID #E09060000 and E09061000.
  2. 1365 Post Road East:  Appl. #15-002 by Capfor Westport, LLC for property owned by Capfor Westport, LLC for a Site Plan approval to replace second floor residential space with retail educational use with an “other” parking standard and to construct eight (8) new parking spaces, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #G09104000.
  3. Amendment #690:  Appl. #15-013 by Eric D. Bernheim, Esq. for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify the Corporate Park District to allow more than three (3) tenants in properties located in the CPD on the south side of the Post Road West only, to modify section 27-2.1.1, to add a new section 27-2.1.2, and to modify section 27-2.2.1.
