Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
- 1300 Post Road East: Appl. #15-010 by William Achilles – Achilles Architects for property owned by 1300 Post Road East, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for two new commercial buildings, for retail, bank and bank drive thru, office use and parking lot located within 500 feet of a property containing a bank with a drive thru, located in a GBD zone, PID #G09129000.
- Amendment #691: Appl. #15-020 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for an amendment to the zoning map to rezone property located at 0 Woodside Lane from Residential AA to DORSD #3 (Dedicated Open Space and Recreation District #3), PID #B10029000.
At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
