LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.37 Spriteview Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7361 by Richard Benson for property owned by Richard Benson, RB Benson and Company, Inc. for a variance for setbacks, for building and total coverage and for height for number of stories, for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01052000.
2.84 Roseville Road: ZBA App. #7372 by Neil Hauck, AIA for property owned by Seetharam and Srividya Goore for a variance for total coverage for an addition and a pool, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #E10048000.
3.5 Rockland Place: ZBA Appl. #7375 by Hong McConnell for property owned by Hong McConnell for a variance for setbacks and total coverage for a soaking tub and deck, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #C05110000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
