LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION    


Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 19, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action: 


1. ADOPTED:  Amendment #687, Appl. #15-006 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for an amendment to the zoning map to rezone property located at 60 Compo Road South from Res A/GBD/RPOD to DOSRD #2 (Dedicated Open Space and Recreation District#2)  Effective date: 4/20/15
2. ADOPTED:  Amendment #688, Appl. #15-007 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for an amendment to the zoning map to rezone property located at 401,405, 407 and 427 Riverside Avenue from Residential A to DORSD #3 (Dedicated Open Space and Recreation District #3)  Effective date:  4/20/15 
3. APPROVED:  24 & 26 Owenoke Park, Appl. #14-056 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Keith and Kate Melnick for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new house for property located in Residence A zone, PID #C03023000 and #C03024000.  
4. APPROVED:  1 Bluff Point, Appl. #15-011 by LANDTECH for property owned by Cedar Point Yacht Club for a CAM Site Plan approval for construction of a pavilion and deck for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C02008000.  
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
