Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
- 14 Cockenoe Drive: Appl. #15-005 by LANDTECH for property owned by Cockenoe Ventures, LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01003000.
- 561 Post Road East: Appl. #15-004 by Kenneth Nemeth/Terrain East, LLC for property owned by CJ Curran, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval to modify previous approval and to change parking requirements for storage use with modified waiver of parking, for property located in a RBD, PID #E09067000.
- Amendment #690: Appl. #15-013 by Eric D. Bernheim, Esq. for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify the Corporate Park District to allow more than three (3) tenants in properties located in the CPD on the south side of the Post Road West only, to modify section 27-2.1.1, to add a new section 27-2.1.2, and to modify section 27-2.2.1.
