II PUBLIC HEARING                                                                     

(At this time interested persons may be heard after being recognized by the chairman.

Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed.  Applications and plans may be seen and examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm  Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.)

 

The Commission will not start a public hearing on any applications after 10:00 p.m.  The Commission will adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m.

 

  1. 715 Post Road East:  (The following application was withdrawn) Appl. #14-054 Laurel Fedor for property owned by William W. Taylor for a Site Plan approval for a new medical/professional office building for property located in a GBD zone, PID #E09186000.
  2. 1365 Post Road East:  (The following application was opened and continued from 2/26/15, no testimony taken, and will be further continued to 3/12/15.  No testimony will be taken at this hearing.) Appl. #15-002 by Capfor Westport, LLC for property owned by Capfor Westport, LLC for a Site Plan approval to replace second floor residential space with retail educational use with an “other” parking standard and to construct eight (8) new parking spaces, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #G09104000.
  3. Amendment #687:  Appl. #15-006 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for an amendment to the zoning map to rezone property located at 60 Compo Road South from Res A/GBD/RPOD to DOSRD #2 (Dedicated Open Space and Recreation District#2)  Applicant’s presentation time:  10 minutes
  4. Amendment #688:  Appl. #15-007 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for an amendment to the zoning map to rezone property located at 401,405, 407 and 427 Riverside Avenue from Residential A to DORSD #3 (Dedicated Open Space and Recreation District #3).   Applicant’s presentation time:  10 minutes
