Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 12, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

1. 489 – 495 Post Road East:  Appl. #15-003 by SS CT Studio #1, LLC for property owned by Frisa I, LLC for a Site Plan approval for a Change-of-Use from office to retail for a Sola Salon Studio in a portion of the lower level of 495 Post Road East for property located in a GBD zone, PID #E09060000 and E09061000.
2. 59 Post Road East:  Appl. #15-009 by Karen Johnson – Bedford Square Associates, LLC for property owned by Bedford Square Associates, LLC for a modification to previously approved Special Permit and Site Plan application #13-023 for minor architectural changes and increase in height of Gunn Buildings for property located in BCH/D & RORD2 zone, PID #C09140000.
3. 1 Bluff Point:   Appl. #15-011 by LANDTECH for property owned by Cedar Point Yacht Club for a CAM Site Plan approval for construction of a pavilion and deck for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C02008000.
