ADDENDUM
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
10.To approve a temporary construction easement for the installation of concrete barrier(s) and safety fence(s) to block a portion of the northern side of Church Lane and the eastern side of Main Street during the time period in which property at 59 Post Road East and 35 Church Lane (a/k/a Bedford Square) undergoes construction and renovations, contingent upon compliance with all requirements from relevant Town departments and the Town Engineer’s letter of February 18, 2015.
