Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):


1. To approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public hearing of February 11, 2015, and the minutes of the Water Pollution Control Authority’s public hearing of February 11, 2015.


2. To approve the use of Town-owned property known as the Imperial Avenue Parking Lot by St. Paul’s Christian School for a “Touch-A-Truck” Event on Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., contingent upon compliance with comments from various town departments and in accordance with Procedures for Use of Town-owned Property, Facilities and/or Public Roadways, as amended Sept. 15, 2010.


3. To approve the use of Town-owned property known as the Imperial Avenue Parking Lot by the Westport Farmers’ Market during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. every Thursday commencing May 21, 2015 through November 5, 2015, contingent upon compliance with comments from various town departments and in accordance with Procedures for Use of Town-owned Property, Facilities and/or Public Roadways, as amended Sept. 15, 2010.


4. To approve the use of various Town-owned roads by The William Raveis Charitable Fund, Inc. on Saturday, September 12, 2015 between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. contingent upon compliance with comments from various town departments and in accordance with Procedures for Use of Town-owned Property, Facilities and/or Public Roadways, as amended Sept. 15, 2010.


5. Upon the request of the Operations Director to approve the contract between the Town of Westport and AKF Engineers, LLP in the amount of $73,000 for the purpose of serving as an Owner’s Representative Engineer  to provide advisory and technical support services for the implementation of an Energy Performance Contracting Program for the Town and the Board of Education.


6. To approve the renewal of six residential leases located at 52 and 52B Compo Road South and 260 Compo Road South (Knoll House apartments #1 and #3 and Cabins #1 and #9).


7. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve a residential sanitary sewer connection at property located at 14 Sunrise Road, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of February 17, 2015.


8. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to set a public hearing date to consider proposed assessments and to determine final assessments to be levied for the construction or acquisition of sewerage system(s) affecting supplemental sanitary sewer connections approved during 2014.


9. Update on Baron’s South Senior Housing Project.
