Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 5, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
- 715 Post Road East: Appl. #14-054 Laurel Fedor for property owned by William W. Taylor for a Site Plan approval for a new medical/professional office building for property located in a GBD zone, PID #E09186000.
- Amendment #687: Appl. #15-006 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for an amendment to the zoning map to rezone property located at 60 Compo Road South from Res A/GBD/RPOD to DOSRD #2 (Dedicated Open Space and Recreation District#2)
- Amendment #688: Appl. #15-007 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for an amendment to the zoning map to rezone property located at 401,405, 407 and 427 Riverside Avenue from Residential A to DORSD #3 (Dedicated Open Space and Recreation District #3).
At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
