LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION   

 

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on February 5, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

 

  1. GRANTED:  1135 Post Road East, Appl. #14-053 by Coastal Construction Group for property owned by 1135 Post Rd E, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a residential and non-residential development including construction of a building for a Bank with Drive Through and Office Use, a building for Retail Use, and four (4) residential buildings consisting of a total of twelve (12) dwelling units for property located in a Business Preservation District/Residence A-Inclusionary Housing Overlay zone, PID #G09027000. 
  2. APPROVED:  12 Stony Point Road, Appl. #14-057 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Richard and Francoise Jaffe for a CAM Site Plan approval to lift existing house and for additions for property located in a Res AA zone, PID #B05112000. 
  3. APPROVED:  122 Harbor Road, Appl. #14-046 by Garrett Wilson for property owned by Garrett Wilson for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02153000.

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
