LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.10 Hilltop Trail: ZBA Appl. #7354 by Gloria Gouveia, Land Use Consultants, for property owned by Christopher Cocco for a variance for setbacks for construction of a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #G08027000.
2.43 Spriteview Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7355 by Richard B. Benson for property owned by Klaus and Annemarie Kretschmann for a variance for setbacks and building coverage for construction of a new single family dwelling in setbacks and over allowable building coverage for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01053000.
3.32 Roseville Road: ZBA Appl. #7356 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Peter Levine and Lindsey Blaivas for a variance for total coverage for a new pool and driveway modification over allowable coverage for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E09180000.
4.38 Woodside Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7357 by Eric Bernheim for property owned by Alex Hyman for height for feet and for the number of stories for legalization of garage over the allowable height and number of stories for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B09097000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
