Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission/Architectural Review Board Joint Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 in Town Hall, Room 309 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1.To approve the minutes of the October 7, 2014 and December 2, 2014 HDC/ARB Joint Committee meetings.
2.To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on Historic Residential Structures Special Permit §32-18 for the design of the garage/barn (specifically for its height) at 38 Woodside Avenue.
