The Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Town Hall, Room 102, for the following purposes:
PUBLIC HEARING
- To hear Chair’s report and update on current HDC activities.
- *Election of officers to serve in 2015.
- To approve the minutes of the January 13, 2015 public hearing.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated December 19, 2014 for the proposed dormer addition and proposed balcony at 44 Kings Highway North in the Kings Highway North Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated January 26, 2015 for the proposed side addition and window replacement at 43 Evergreen Avenue located in the Evergreen Avenue Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated January 26, 2015 for the proposed installation of a driveway at 46 Wright Street located in the Kings Highway North Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 4 Crooked Mile Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 4 Blue Ribbon Drive.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a
demolition permit application at 7 Compo Beach Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 62 Compo Mill Cove, c.1920, located in the Mill Cove Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 18 Church Street South.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 11 Ownenoke Park, c, 1920, located in the Compo Owenoke Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a
demolition permit application at 18 Reichert Circle.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 48 Hillandale Road.
