The Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Town Hall, Room 102, for the following purposes:
PUBLIC HEARING
1.To hear Chair’s report and update on current HDC activities.
2.To approve the minutes of the January 13, 2015 public hearing.
3.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated December 19, 2014 for the proposed dormer addition and proposed balcony at 44 Kings Highway North in the Kings Highway North Historic District.
4.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated January 26, 2015 for the proposed side addition and window replacement at 43 Evergreen Avenue located in the Evergreen Avenue Historic District.
5.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated January 26, 2015 for the proposed installation of a driveway at 46 Wright Street located in the Kings Highway North Historic District.
6.To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 4 Crooked Mile Road.
7.To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 4 Blue Ribbon Drive.
8.To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a
demolition permit application at 7 Compo Beach Road.
9.To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 62 Compo Mill Cove, c.1920, located in the Mill Cove Historic District.
10.To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 18 Church Street South.
11.To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 11 Ownenoke Park, c, 1920, located in the Compo Owenoke Historic District.
12.To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a
demolition permit application at 18 Reichert Circle.
13.To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 48 Hillandale Road.
