LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 5, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

  1. 122 Harbor Road:   Appl. #14-046 by Garrett Wilson for property owned by Garrett Wilson for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02153000.
  2. Amendment #682:  Appl. #14-048 by 1595 Post Equities LLC for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to add Article 19B entitled “Residential-Rental Housing Opportunity/Workforce Zone”.  The proposed amendment for the new R-RHOW permits affordable housing, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes Section 8-30g.
  3. Amendment #683:  Appl. #14-049 by 1595 Post Equities LLC, c/o Ranger Properties LLC, for property owned by 1595 Post Equities LLC, c/o Ranger Properties LLC, for a map amendment to the Official Building Zone Map to rezone a 3.8 acre property located at 1595 Post Road East from General Business (GBD) and Residence A zones to Residential-Rental Housing Opportunity/Workforce Zone (R-RHOW) for an application submitted pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes 8-30g.
  4. 1595 Post Road East:  Appl. #14-050 by 1595 Post Equities LLC, c/o Ranger Properties LLC, for property owned by 1595 Post Equities LLC, c/o Ranger Properties LLC, for a Site Plan approval to construct a 200 unit multi-family dwelling residential community, with 372 parking spaces with an affordable housing component, for property located in a GBD and Residence A zone, PID # H09120000, proposed to be a R-RHOW zone for an application submitted pursuant to Connecticut General State Statues 8-30g.

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
