LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, January 13, 2015, the following action was taken:


1. GRANTED:  41 Easton Road, ZBA Appl. #7342 by James Jamieson for property owned by St. Paul Lutheran Church for a variance for coverage for an addition over allowable coverage for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #D15042000.


2. GRANTED:  14 Cockenoe Drive, ZBA Appl. #7314 by Charlie McMillan for property owned by Jerrold T. Lindquist for a variance for setbacks, building coverage and height in feet, for a new single family dwelling over allowable coverage, in the setbacks and over allowable height, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01003000.


3. GRANTED:  43 Owenoke Park, ZBA Appl. #7343 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Marilyn Levitt for a variance for setbacks from water bodies and for setbacks from property lines for a new patio for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C03008000.
