Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on January 8, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- ADOPTED: Amendment #672: Appl. #14-007 by Westport Planning and Zoning Commission to amend the zoning regulations to modify §29-8.1 (Floor Area Maximum), to modify §29A-8.1 (Floor Area Maximum), to modify §29A-11 (Parking and Loading). Effective date: 2/9/15
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
