LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 1300 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7339 by William Achilles – Achilles Architects for property owned by 1300 Post Road East, LLC for a variance for setbacks, for FAR, for parking and loading, for landscaping, screening and buffer areas, for parking requirements and for buffer strip location to construct two new commercial buildings for property located in a GBD zone, PID #G09129000.


2. 979 Post Road East:  ZBA Appl. #7345 by Carrie Perkins for property owned by Dandar Realty LLC, c/o Joseph Maya for a variance for a free standing sign with less than 100 feet of street frontage, and for setbacks for free standing sign, for property located in a BPD zone, PID #F09079000.


3. 33 Sherwood Drive:  ZBA Appl. #7346 by Barr Associates, LLC and Peter Cadoux Architects for property owned by Deepdale Holding, LLC for a variance for building and total coverage and for grading within five (5) feet of the property line for a new single family dwelling over allowable coverage, for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04028000.


4. 29 Surf Road:  ZBA Appl. #7349 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Sharon Sullivan for a variance for setbacks and setbacks from tidal wetlands, for building and total coverage and for grading within five (5) feet of the property line and maximum fill height, for a new single family dwelling and pool in setbacks and over allowable coverage, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02002000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
