Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 in Town Hall Room 102 for the following purposes:
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the May 10, 2011 public hearing and the May 19, 2011 work session.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated May 18, 2011 for the proposed front porch entry door and garage door at 5B Gorham Avenue located in the Gorham Avenue Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated May 27, 2011 for the proposed renovation and addition at 8 Gorham Avenue located in the Gorham Avenue Historic District.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness dated June 6, 2011 for the proposed installation of an exhaust vent at 5D Gorham Avenue located in the Gorham Avenue Historic District.
- To hear a presentation for a proposed site development at 561 Post Road East (Curran Cadillac site) to include the proposed demolition of 535 Post Road East identified on the Historic Resources Inventory c. 1900.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit at 7 Half Mile Common.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 355 Wilton Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 130 Old Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 19 Woodhill Road.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 14 Jennings Court.
- To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 10 Hunt Club Lane.
- To discuss revisions to HDC by-laws.
- To discuss nominations for Annual Preservation Awards.
