LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 in Town Hall Room 201 for the following purposes:
1. To approve the minutes of the September 13, 2011 public hearing.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated September 16, 2011 for proposed modifications to the porch at 5E Gorham Avenue located in the Gorham Avenue Historic District.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated September 30, 2011 for the proposed exterior modifications at 90 Post Road East, the Old Westport Town Hall, located in the Jesup Road Historic District.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of appropriateness Application dated October 3, 2011 for the proposed temporary displays at 90 Post Road East, the Old Westport Town Hall, located in the Jesup Road Historic District.
5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 9 Roosevelt Road identified as a non-contributing resource c. 1947 in the Compo Ownenoke National Register District.
6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 23 Burnham Hill.
7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 23 Bauer Place.
8. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 81 Hillspoint Road.
9. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 5 Hedley Farms Road.
10. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of delay for a demolition permit application at 2 Hyatt Lane.
