LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION    


Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on December 18, 2014, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action: 


1. POSITIVE REPORT:  38 Old Mill Road, §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the acquisition of 0.05 acres of property located at 38 Old Mill Road, in a Residence A zone, PID #E04098000. 


2. POSITIVE REPORT:  40 Old Mill Road, §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the acquisition of 0.0058 acres of property located at 40 Old Mill Road, in a Residence A zone, PID #E04097000.  


3. GRANTED:  260 Compo Road South, Appl. #14-059 by Roberge Associates Coastal Engineers, LLC for property owned by the Town of Westport for a Coastal Area Management (CAM) Site Plan and Special Permit approval for improvements to existing parking and to install a wet swale, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #C04001000. 


4. APPROVED:  7 Stony Point Road, Appl. #14-052 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH for property owned by Helen McCluskey for a Coastal Area Management (CAM) Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B05106000.  
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
