LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall,                 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 11 Fairfield Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7331 by Peter Wormser for property owned by David Gerst and Jordan Blank for a variance for setbacks, coverage and height for feet to raise existing house and for an addition in setbacks and over allowable coverage and height, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03099000.


2. 15 Partrick Lane:  ZBA Appl. #7332 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH for property owned by Gerard Gaspel and Marina Shimshi for a variance for setbacks for legalization of existing structure (stove oven and window enclosure) in setback, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B11038000.


3. 188 Cross Highway:  ZBA Appl. #7333 by Wendy Van Wie for property owned by Wendy Van Wie for a variance for lot area and shape and for setbacks to create two separate lots to preserve historic structures, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #G14010000.


4. 164 Compo Road South:  ZBA Appl. #7334 by Matthew Libby and Gillian Libby for property owned by Matthew Libby and Gillian Libby for setbacks, coverage and height for number of stories and feet for new construction in setbacks, over coverage and over allowable height for number of stories and feet for a detached structure and addition to residence and for driveway turn around, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C07179000.


5. 24 Harbor Road:  ZBA Appl. #7335 by Christopher Rosow for property owned by Belinda Shepard for a variance for coverage and setbacks for a second floor addition for property over coverage and for legalization of generators in the setbacks, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B03023000.


6. 23 Hale Street:  ZBA Appl. #7336 by Costel Mutescu and Irina Acsinto for property owned by Costel Mutescu and Irina Acsinto for a variance for coverage and for the number of stories for and addition over allowable coverage and over allowable number of stories, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D06099000.






At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
