Village District Steering Committee
National Register of Historic Places Nomination
A public informational meeting of the Village District Steering Committee (VDSC) will be held on Monday, December 1, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium for a presentation by architectural historian Stephanie Dyer-Carroll of Fitzgerald and Halliday, Inc., a member of the Village District Study consulting team. The presentation will be on a National Register of Historic Places Nomination for a proposed district in Westport Center. Questions or comments from the general public will follow the presentation. Funding for the study was provided by a Vibrant Communities Initiative Grant from the Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation.
