Zoning Board of Appeals Legal Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, the following action was taken:


1. DENIED:  0 Church Lane, aka 35 Church Lane and 59 Post Road East, ZBA Appl. #7316 by Karen Johnson/Bedford Square Associates, LLC for property owned by Bedford Square Associates, LLC and YMCA of Westport/Weston CT Inc. for a variance for height for construction of elevator overruns, for property located in a BCD/H and RORD 2 zone, PID #C09140000 and C10144000.


2. DENIED:  33 Sherwood Drive, ZBA Appl. #7320 by Barr Associates, LLC and Peter Cadoux, Architect for property owned by Deepdale Holdings, LLC for a variance for setbacks, coverage and for grading within five (5) feet of the property line for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04028000.

7.
